Returns & Exchanges
If you don't absolutely love your gear from Boat Builders Trading Company will gladly accept returns for any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with receipt for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Boat Builders Trading Company will not accept any merchandise from third party retailers unless sold by Boat Builders Trading Company. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund of your purchase.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. Should the requested exchange item be out of stock or in backorder, please expect for additional processing time.
Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless specified.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE:
- Please send an email to Support@BoatBuildersTrading.com identifying the requested product(s) that you would like refunded or exchanged and attach a photo or copy of your initial receipt.
- For exchange items, please indicate the new items you are requesting on the email as well as the best shipping address.
- If you would like to keep track of your return package, please be sure to note the tracking number on the shipping label.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A GIFT:
- If you are sending back items you received as a gift and do not have the original packing slip, please include the name of the gift giver. The purchaser will not be notified about your return or exchange unless requested. Items can be exchanged for value of items at purchase or can be returned for a gift card.
RETURNING SALE PRICE MERCHANDISE:
- All goods marked as ‘final sale’ and 'sale' will not be eligible for a return
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
- We honor a one-time price adjustment within one week of the purchase date
- Promotions, flash-sales, friends & family, and end of season sale will be excluded from price adjustments.
